It aims to encourage on how to be resposible citizen in maximzing the use of technology and social media today. The forum was led by Rappler CEO, Maria Ressa.
K12 ready Calabarzon
Different provinces in Calabarzon discussed programs and events to intensify the preparations for the K-12 implementation this year. They scheduled for a consultation meetings, memorandum agreement signing, location mapping, and on-site testing of the effectiveness if delivery of service to the students. Their target date for implementation is on June 2016.
CHED Anti hazing law
The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) has urged colleges and universities to intensify strict implementation of R.A. 8049 or anti-hazing law. According to ched, it is the school officials responsibility to impose appropriate sanctions on violators of anti-hazing law.
Department of Education would like to implement educating the youth about the Martial law through an enriched and more deep discussion on the Philippine history including the Marcos Era. The said discussion will take effect specifically in the curriculum for grades 5 and 6 Aralling panlipunan subject.
